Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Medical Pilates


We are a small established practice in Cape Town. We are located in a secure business park in Parklands, in the Tableview/ Blouberg area.  We also offer our physio services at local clinics and at your office.

We offer 45 minute, hands on, treatment sessions.



Our team consists of highly skilled and certified physiotherapy staff who are passionate about health and helping our patients reduce their pain and improve their function.

We regularly take part in training course to learn new, innovative and up to date techniques.

We have good professional relationships with Doctors in various specialities so that we can:

- seek further opinion when necessary

- refer patients to if further medical intervention is needed.

Katherine Tait (Kate)

Bsc(hons) physio 2001

Katherine qualified at the University of East London, UK and worked in all disciplines of physiotherapy before becoming a Senior Physiotherapist at Queen Elizabeth Hospital specializing in orthopaedics and outpatients.  She completed the South African conversion exams in 2006 and completed 2 year community service before opening her own practice in 2009 alongside a pilates studio. In 2015 she sold the pilates studio to focus on the ever expanding physio practice but still incorporates pilates based rehab in her treatment plans where needed.  Post graduate qualifications and courses: Bobath rehabilitation; dry needling; APPI pilates; shoulder rehab; knee pain; HIV management; the neurophysiology of pain; wheelchair prescription, active tape, BLS healthcare and more.

With qualifications in both physiotherapy and dietetics, Kelly offers a holistic and enthusiastic approach to her patients. She has a special interest in pregnancy related conditions and post breast surgery/ lymphodema. As a keen sports woman and runner, she is passionate about helping patients with a variety of sports injuries. She also offers sports massages at the practice.

Amore Barry

Amore qualified at the University of the Free State. She has worked in various areas of physiotherapy choosing to specialise in outpatients. As a active sports woman, she has a keen interest in treating sports injuries. She also offers sports massages as well as physiotherapy treatments. Post grad qualifications: dry needling; APPI pilates; active tape; BLS healthcare. Sadly we have just said goodbye to Amore as she has moved to her farm in the Karoo. We wish her everything of the best for the future. She continues to locum for us to cover holidays.
